(1) 5×12 precast concrete footer block & (1) 80 lb bag sakrete per post (16” footer blocks @ open eave). 2-ply 2×10 SYP headers (2 ply 14” LVL @ 18’ eave openings). Pre-fabricated trusses with 4/12 roof pitch. 35-5-5 loading, 48″ on center. 12” overhangs on eaves and gables with vented metal soffit. 2×8 treated skirtboard. 2×4 purlins & girts 24” o/c. Everlast 28 Ga. OMNI Series metal roofing & siding. Vented closures under ridge cap. Painted steel ridge cap, rake & corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, double angle at gables. 4” GRK structural screws for headers.
