Pre-fabricated trusses with 4/12 roof pitch. 40-5-5 loading, 48″ on center. 12” overhangs on eaves with vented metal soffit, flush gables. 2×8 treated skirtboard. 2×4 purlins & girts 24” o/c. Everlast 28 Ga. OMNI Series metal roof & siding. 30’ section open on right eave (three 8’ bays). Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier on roof. Vented closures under ridge cap. Painted steel ridge cap, rake & corner trim, base angle, gutter apron, overhead door trim, double angle at gables. (1) 10’x12’ single sliding door with Cannonball track, frame, and hardware.
