Return Window:
We accept returns on our kits within 10 days of delivery. Please ensure that any issues or missing items are reported within this timeframe.
Return Conditions:
We only accept returns on unused items in like-new condition. Used, damaged, or dirty items are not eligible for return. Returns are limited to stock items only.
Restocking Fee:
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Return Method:
Items must be returned in-store or at our designated drop-off location.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are available for stock items only.
