30×32 Garage with attic in Breinigsville, PA

This 30x32x10' Garage with attic space we built with top quality 3-ply glulam post, precast concrete pills with Sakrete, prefabricated trusses with 8/12 pitch, 2-Ply #1 SYP headers and 12" overhangs with vented precut aluminum soffit. We used Everlast metal roofing and siding with Therma Guard vapor barrier on the roof and House Wrap on the walls. It also includes two insulated overhead doors, one 9-lite entry door and six single hung windows with grids.
