This 30x30x12' Garage was built with 3-ply glulam posts, precast concrete footer blocks with Sakrete, 2-ply MSR headers, prefabricated scissor trusses with 8/12 roof pitch, 24” overhangs on eaves, 12” on gables. For the roof we used Everlast 28 Ga. metal with double bubble vapor barrier and 1x12 Eastern White Pine board & batten for the siding. It also includes two insulated overhead doors with one row windows, one 9-lite fiberglass entry door, four vinyl single hung windows with grids.
