This 24’x36’x10’ pole barn features treated 4x6 posts set 8’ apart on precast footers with sakrete, 2-ply SYP headers (3-ply over 10' openings), and pre-fab trusses with a 4/12 pitch. It includes 12” overhangs with vented aluminum soffit, treated skirtboard, 2x4 purlins and girts, Everlast metal roofing and siding, and a 3’4” wainscot all around. There are also two insulated 10’x8’ garage doors, a fiberglass entry door, and four single-hung vinyl windows with grids.
