20×32 Garage with OLT in Leola, PA

For this 20’x32’x10’ pole barn with 10’x32’ Open Lean To on eave; we used 3-ply 2x6 Glulam posts with precast concrete footer block & Sakrete per post. Prefabricated trusses with 4/12 roof pitch and 12” overhangs on eaves and gables with vented aluminum soffit and painted steel fascia. Everlast 28 Ga. LYNX Series metal roof & siding with Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier on roof. This package included a non-insulated 16'x10' white raised panel wood grain overhead door, one 9-lite fiberglass entry door, and three vinyl single hung windows. Topped with a 36" square painted meatal cupola with a weathervane.
