This 40x48x12' Shop Addition was built using 3-ply Glu-Lam Post with 5"x 16" Pre-Cast Concrete Pills with Sakrete, 2-Ply SYP Headers, Prefabricated Trusses 4/12 Pitch, 12" Overhangs with Vented Pre-Cut Aluminum Soffit. We used Everlast Metal Roofing & Siding and Vapor Barrier on the roof and walls. It also includes one 16’x10’ Split Sliding Door and one 6-Panel Entry Door.
