For this 26x60x10' Pole Barn we used top quality 3-ply glulam posts, precast concrete footer blocks with Sakrete, 2-ply MSR truss bearers, prefabricated trusses with 6/12 roof pitch, 12” overhangs on eaves and gables with vented metal soffit. It includes Everlast metal roofing & siding with Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier on roof. There's also two 10x9 framed openings and entry doors.
