20×24 Garage in North East, MD

We built this 20x24x10' Garage with 4x6 pressure treated posts 8' on center, precast concrete footer blocks with Sakrete, 2-ply SYP headers, prefabricated roof trusses with 4/12 roof pitch. It includes 12” overhangs on eaves & gables with aluminum vented soffit, Everlast metal roof & siding and vapor barrier on the roof. There are two Raised Panel Wood Grain overhead doors, one 9-lite fiberglass entry door, and two vinyl single hung windows.
