36×48 Horse barn with OLT in Roanoke, VA

For this 36x 48x 10' Horse Barn with 12x 48x 10' Open Lean To on either side we used top quality 3-ply & 4-ply glulam posts, precast concrete footer blocks with Sakrete, 2-ply MSR headers, prefabricated trusses with 8/12 pitch, 12" overhangs with vented aluminum soffit, and Everlast metal roofing and siding with vapor barrier. It also includes aluminum slider doors, aluminum pre-hung Dutch doors, one fiberglass entry door, ten single hung windows with grids, and two circle top fixed windows with grids. The interior has five horse stalls lined with T&G, one washroom and one laundry/half bath.
