40×80 Pole Barn with LT in Osceola Mills, PA

This 40x 80x 16 pole barn with an 8'x92' wraparound lean-to and a 14'x46’ lean-to was constructed with 3-ply 2x6 Glulam posts, 5x16 precast concrete footer blocks with sakrete per post, 2-ply 2x12 MSR headers. Prefabricated trusses with 6/12 roof pitch, 48” overhangs on eaves and 12” overhangs on gables with vented metal soffit and fascia trim. Everlast 28 Ga. LYNX Series metal roofing and siding, Therma Guard R-9 vapor barrier on roof, and barricade house wrap on walls. Vented closures under ridge cap, foam closure strips at eaves. This build includes two insulated, raised panel wood grain overhead doors and three fiberglass entry doors. It also features three 48" square painted metal cupolas with a window midsection.
