Pole Barn Material Estimates

Made Simple

How Our 3-Estimate Process Helps You Plan Accurately

At New Holland Supply, we serve a wide region, which means building requirements can vary by township, county, and project site. Our three-estimate process helps you start with a general plan, confirm local details, and finalize your materials package with fewer surprises.

Estimate #1

Start With the Big Picture

Tell us your budget, ideal building size, intended use, and what will fit on your property. We’ll help shape a starting plan around your needs.

Estimate #2

Fine-Tune the Details

After you verify your local requirements, we’ll refine dimensions, adjust features, and discuss finishes, upgrades, or township-related changes.

Estimate #3

Finalize for Approval

We’ll finalize colors, finishes, upgrades, and any changes needed for engineering or township review before materials are ordered.

Note: Estimate requests beyond New Holland Supply’s three free designs/estimates are charged at $150 each.

Helpful Notes About Permits & Deposits

  • Before moving forward, check with your township to confirm permit requirements, setbacks, height restrictions, and required documents.
  • Once you’re ready to proceed, a deposit may be required to begin engineering work, construction plans, or truss prints.
  • If a permit cannot be obtained and no materials have been ordered, New Holland Supply can issue a refund check for the building deposit only.
